Refund Policy

We’re offering customers who buy from our webstore a 14 day money back guarantee on any of our products. That means you get a chance to try them out over a decent period of time and can get your money back if you’re not happy with the results.

If you would like to take advantage of this, please email hello@babyrising.com with your order number and details of the product that you would like refunded, so we can help you.

Please note we will refund the amount you paid for the product, and refunds can only be issued for products purchased on our own website

The guarantee applies to the first time you order a particular product and for one item only; we cannot refund multiple items of the same product, buy-two-get-one-free offers or repeat purchases.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

We will always replace any damaged or faulty item free of charge.

Due to some of our products being packaged in glass, occasionally items may arrive broken or damaged. If you experience this please send the product back to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase and we will send you an immediate replacement.

If you suspect an item to be faulty please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase and we will issue you with a replacement or full refund. You will need to return the item to us as it is important for us to see any faulty goods in order to rectify any problems that may have occurred, and to ensure that it does not happen again. Please note refunds will be issued according to price paid and payment method at the time of purchase.

If you need to return damaged or faulty goods to us we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage form. With any return items please enclose details of your order reference, name and contact details, together with replacement or refund preference and a receipt of postage cost of returning the item so that we can reimburse this to you.

Cancelling Your Order

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 

A full refund for the cost of the product being cancelled, not including the original postage, will be authorised upon our receipt of your cancellation notification.

It is your responsibility to return the goods to Baby Rising, in the same condition that you received them, following cancellation and the cost of postage to  the return the item/s is also your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Importantly, the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the cancellation.

If you would like to cancel your order please call our customer support line on hello@babbyrising.com with details of your order and order number.

If your goods have already been dispatched you will be required to return them at your cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at hello@babyrising.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen

Baby Rising is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Baby Rising will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
